Sitting in the Marketing function, we are seeing a demand generation manager who will help us accelerate our growth. This role will report into the Director of Marketing, Americas and work closely with all regions and the broader marketing and product marketing team. We have already implemented hubspot and seek someone with direct Hubspot experience.

💥 What will you do?

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of demand generation campaigns.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Merkle’s audience segments which includes our verticals and geographies.
  • Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.
  • Implement analytics, track and report on metrics, and make recommendations for ongoing and future improvements and optimizations.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Collaborate across marketing and sales.

We already have a strong content engine and run basic nurture programs. We have content writers and a social media manager running paid digital marketing that will support your efforts. 

🙋 What are we looking for?

  • Track record of building successful demand generation and ABM programs.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot and Salesforce/Pipedrive.
  • Experience tracking full-funnel marketing metrics, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred along with B2B SaaS experience.
  • Knowledge of blockchain/crypto is a nice to have but not required
