At Merkle Science, we are creating the infrastructure necessary to ensure the safe and healthy growth of the industry, supporting the transition as cryptocurrencies consolidate with the $22 trillion financial services market. Merkle Science envisions a world powered by crypto. We are the architects enabling crypto companies — trailblazers and disruptors who are pushing the boundaries of innovation — to scale and mature so that a full range of individuals, entities, and services may transact with crypto safely. We are located across the globe with offices in Singapore, London, Bangalore and New York (upcoming). Merkle Science was founded in early 2019. Today we boast of over 60 customers, and we are just getting started.

This role provides the right candidate with the opportunity to play a fundamental role in Merkle Science' geographic expansion. The company is seeking an experienced marketeer to create and execute programs which build brand awareness, drive thought leader status and generate demand for the company’s solutions in the North American market.
⚡️ What does the Product do?
We boast of the best user experience amongst our peers and unmatched customizability. On a high level, we have two products. One is an investigation tool that helps the user track the flow of funds once a scam or a hack occurs. Intelligence wings and government bodies mostly use this product. The other product is a compliance tool that ensures that we can help crypto companies, financial institutions, regulators, and banks monitor the kind of funds flowing and stop the bad players from using crypto to do something wrong, such as transduction over dark-net or fraud. We also provide intelligence services and reports. Did we mention that we are working on some super innovative and bold products that we cannot share details about here?
💥 What will you do?
As an Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
Building brand awareness and thought leader status with target audiences, partners, influencers and investors in partnership with the PR and communications team and where needed local agencies
Working closely with the sales and product teams to identify core value propositions and differentiators
Working across multiple channels to communicate Merkle Science’s value proposition and differentiators at scale in the competitive market
Creating and executing innovative multi-channel demand generation campaigns to enable sales to meet revenue targets in partnership with the wider Merkle Science marketing team
Creating sales tools and content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts to support the end-to-end client journey
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for market research, user testing and interviews to discover market opportunities
Coordinating closely with product management and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap and establish go-to-market strategy for products
Recruiting and managing in-house resources to deliver successfully in region in partnership with senior leadership
Managing relationships with 3rd party agencies, partners, vendors and influencers
Owning marketing delivery and reporting for North America

Experience in analytical problem solving and quantitative analysis
Ability to lead analyses, track metrics, build strategic insights and find creative ways to optimize performance
Ability to work in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment, while maintaining an entrepreneurial approach and building rapport with ease
Ability to take complex topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent spoken, written, and presentation communication skills
Prior startup experience or experience at a boutique firm is a big plus
Previous compliance/fintech/blockchain experience is a big plus
Experience in Hubspot and/or Salesforce is advantageous
